His speech refers to the 'wind of change' sweeping through Scottish politics, and attacks the farce of electoral organisation on May 3rd.

Alex Salmond interviewed on BBC Election coverage, just as news comes through of the sensational SNP victory in Stirling, where Bruce Crawford came from 3rd to snatch the seat from Labour.
Alex is quite pleased at this news.
Quagmire from Family Guy lookalike Iain Gray MSP is a man on a mission. A mission to get the hell out of the BBC's Edinburgh studio. Look at his eyes, darting away from camera every 20 seconds, desperately seeking an illuminated 'FIRE EXIT' sign to make quick his escape.
Sadly for Iain, and happily for Gordon Brewer and us, he's going nowhere.

Nicola Sturgeon of the SNP wins Glasgow Govan from Labour at a General Election for the first time ever.
Nicola had fought this seat for 10 years, each time reducing the Labour majority still further. At the fourth attempt, she beat Gordon "Two Jobs" Jackson to become MSP for Glasgow Govan.
As Govan is my patch, this gave me particular pleasure to watch!
