In The Mechanic (1972) Charles Bronson plays a hit man who takes an apprentice. In the end his apprentice betrays him, but Bronson avenges from the grave.
In Yoshi's Island there is a mini-boss called Burt the Bashful. To defeat him you must pull his pants down, which makes him blush and fly off like a deflating balloon.
