Generally most of the eBAY fraud comes from Romanian Scammers (they phish your ebay and paypal accounts and then list 100's of fake auctions while asking for payment via Western Union), but not all eBAY scammers are from Romania. This video shows that. Thanks Keysmith!

This is from a Nigerian Scammer that gave me fake credit card information for laptops. He wanted laptops, he got them. 9 shipments of dead appliances like a washer, dryer, fridge and stove (plus more). He spent over $50,000 in 1 year on freight charges. A scambaiter by the name d_generate has been pulling the leg of this Nigerian Scam artist (LOL artist?) for some time. What a terrific commercial (NOT), he should quit his day job :)
