I thought it'd be nice to upload the scene where the Jeeves and Wooster team is formed in the first episode. Not much is said by either party, but the acting from Stephen Fry and Hugh Laurie says it all. Enjoy!
When he was younger, Robert Lindsay starred as Bill Snibson in the UK production of 'Me and My Girl' with Emma Thompson. It was so successful that it opened on Broadway, again starring Robert Lindsay, this time with Mary Ann Plunkett. It won three Tony Awards, including Best Actor. This video is Robert Lindsay singing the Act One finale with the rest of the cast. Enjoy!
A Larry/Megan shipper video. The first that I've heard of. *grin* I used "Sea Breeze" by Tyrone Wells because it was used at the end of Toxin and seems to fit them anyway.
The contention between Jeeves and Bertie over the white mess jacket with brass buttons amused me to no end. Especially since I think Hugh Laurie looked rather nice in the jacket. *grin* Anyway, enjoy the clips.
A '1776' fanvid dedicated to Judge James Wilson of Pennsylvania. I got the idea for it while I was watching 'Chicago' and Amos started singing his song. Yeah, I'm a Broadway freak, what can I say?
My second video, this time starring Christian Coulson as Jack Hammond from Horatio Hornblower: Loyalty. I chose "I'm All Alone" from 'Spamalot' sung by Tim Curry because I can, so there. *grin*
My sister requested that I do this vid. She picked the song and the scenes, I put it together. I used clips from the following episodes: Mob Rules, Skin Deep, Safe, Meaning, Fools for Love, Que Será Será, and Whac-A-Mole. Don't watch if you haven't seen any of the episodes.
I've always admired Sir Edward Pellew in the Horatio Hornblower series, but I feel he was at his best as captain of the Indefatigable. So, I decided to do a video showing him as this, but was finding it difficult to fit a song to it. Finally, I chose "A Weekend in the Country" because the music itself is beautiful and the violin makes me think of Captain Pellew, so high and alone. *sigh*
A fanvid for Jack Simpson from the very first episode of Horatio Hornblower. I chose "When You're Evil" by Voltaire because mean ol' Jack seemed to enjoy being evil so much. *grin*
From the first time I watched 'Treasure Planet', I was caught by the idea of Captain Amelia and Dr. Doppler as a couple. It was only a matter of time before I gave in to temptation and made a vid for it. *grin*
I chose this particular song because it describes the doctor's situation so very well.
I got the idea for this vid earlier this evening. It's a look at how Wilson's friendship with House falls apart from 'Fools for Love' through 'Finding Judas'. If you haven't seen those episodes, don't watch the video. Anyway, I originally planned to use different music, but this piece fit so much better.
