Another great song from Silver Convention. I remember hearing this bassline all the time on the radio and I kept asking myself who is this and then I found out it was the group that I loved and then I bought that album also................ Great Disco album of the mid 70s.......
I had heard this track before and I love this version of the track. This group was very fun and different. I liked their work. I am not sure why I keep feeling this but everytime I hear them I keep thinking of RIS, I wonder were they influenced by RIS "LOVE N MUSIC" ??? I sure would like to know...
Okay if you like Alisha the way i do, get ready because I have a whole lot of Baby talk to share with you. this may be the Longest 12 inch mix posted here, so ENJOY!!!!!
I love this track, from the moment I heard it I could not stop hearing it over and over. i had the pleasure of seeing these guys back in 1983. they are AMAZING in concert!!!!
Okay, I love them so much I really know a lot about their work. here is one B side that i love that not a lot of people may have heard by Silver Convention. It came from Golden Girls LP so if you heard that then mabye you heard this last track on that LP......anyway, check it out. its from an old album so its not gonna be Razor Sharp in sound or anything but its good enough to check out.........
There are so many mixes of different songs but I used to hear this one all the time on the station i listened to on the Radio and I loved this one. i would play it over and over during the 90s.........I had not heard it in a long time and then just recently resurfaced it and began playing it again. It still sounds great!
Okay from the start of this extended mix it was not hard for me to figure out who they were trying to sound like......JANET JACKSON...."BABY" "BABY" "BABY"....but I still liked their track a lot.
Everytime I think of this group i think of also INNER CITY. they both were on the scene around the same time, and I loved both of them. this is one of the forgotten HOT tracks from this group. I love this song and I love the mix. I had not heard anymore from this group after this release...........i guess they were still around?
