This is a Latin rock band from Austin called Del Castillo playing at Sam's Burger Joint in San Antonio. Their music has been featured in several Robert Rodriguez films. Rick and Mark Del Castillo are amazing guitarists. Check it out. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the song.
