This is my buddy Ambrel who is on Cheer Athletics Panthers. This was shot at parent night, the week of NCA. Her pass is a Roundoff whip, backhandspring, backhandspring, full punch double full. This is the pass she competed at NCA 06, oh and i also should mention that she was and still is recovering from serious ankle injurys to both ankles, and she still can throw this pass.
