RBare2007 gave me the idea of pushing bubbles with a magnet. It works indeed, but it's hard to see in the video.
As suggested by Ironhead at overunity.com forums, now the negative lead is attached to the bottom of the double helix.
I think it's making a difference... This is still 11.2 volts and approx 1 amp.
