First of some clips from the movie Household Saints. I first came across this movie while channel surfing and happen to come upon it halfway through the movie when the focus is on the daughter. It was a huge awakening for me about the teachings of Ammachi about Bhakti Yoga and the depth/committment needed to be successful at it. It also started my devotion to St. Therese of Lisieux.

Newscast highlighting the life of Saint Therese and when her relics (on tour) visited the Nat'l Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington DC. I was able to view them there and also at the monastery in La Plata, MD where it had been earlier on the tour.
While the news reporter is at the monastery in DC, the footage is from the La Plata, MD Carmelite Monastery. The nuns are singing Therese's Canticle of Love composed by Sister Marie Therese Sokol. This song is also used for the play of St. Therese by Saint Luke Productions and their 2003 movie soundtrack.
