During the 1975 gas crisis George Page and carl Wikman of Tele West Associates created this first electric car ad. The car was an ELCAR built by Zagato of Milan, Italy. In the background is BIG RED a 1959 Pontiac Cheiftan. The music is by Leroy Vinnegar, the walking jazz bassist.
