Hang solo improvisation played on my panart hang . Sorry, the video is filmed in 16:9 and so the hang looks a little bit like an egg. But it is a original PanArt Hang . Some people called these wonderfull instrument Hangdrum . The hangbuilders and i call it only hang .

I'm fumbling at extracting overtones from each note, sadly the audio quality on YouTube isn't the best to catch the little I'm able to accomplish, but the main method I'm using is working the 'short side' of the oval dents in the tone fields, then the 'long side' to extract some of the overtones. There are sweet spots that you may be able to hear.

After a busking festival in Osnabrück called " Goldene Säge " a lot of musicians meet to a spontan Jam Session. I play the PanArt Hang. We play together the first time and the result is a lot of fun. This is only a short cutout from the Session. They are more than 5 guitars, udu drum, didgeridoo, cajon , voices and so on....
