These tornadoes were produced by one Supercell in Pawnee and Osage counties in Northeast Oklahoma. The cap was forecasted to be too strong this far south, but storms went up and produced a large local tornado outbreak.

Near Pawnee, Oklahoma on May 1, 2008. Before sunset this cyclic supercell produced several funnel clouds and small tornadoes near Glencoe. After sunset it produced several larger tornadoes as it moved toward Pawhuska.
