Tekkonkinkreet is a movie based on Taiyo Matsumoto's manga series Black & White. It's about two boys, nicknamed Black and White, who live in an old car in a made up city called Treasure Town. They can both fly (they jump and then glide through the air), and consider the town their own backyard.
