All the pre-release videos featured some dork looking around real slow while moving real slow outdoors. I'm not doing that here. This is a 2.4 ghz p4, 1 gig of ram, and a 7800 GS AGP video card. I would have used my 6600 GT but it blew up two days before Oblivion came out. I used fraps to record, which adds some slowdowns here and there.

Here's a beautiful scene overlooking the Imperial City. I set the fGlobalTimeMultiplie r parameter to 40 in the Oblivion.ini file, allowing time to literally fly by. It is interesting to note how night changes to day and vice versa.
