José González performs a new song during his encore at the Courtyard Café (Urbana, IL), May 2 2007. I think he said it's called "Time To Send Someone Over". Late in the video, some barista turned on a milk steamer and kindof disrupted the song, so that's why the camera focuses on that light counter area for a little bit.

Jenny Conlee got proposed to the night before this, so she wasn't exactly focusing well. That's what Colin Meloy's reference to "living in sin no more" is about. Jenny was actually audibly talking to herself between songs at one point in the show.... anyway, in this video Colin Meloy slowly awakens all the Decemberists from their "graves" and Jenny Conlee messes up her singing part a little :)
I think this is only half of the song. This was during Owen's performance at Cafe Paradiso in Urbana, Illinois during Pygmalion Music Festival 2007. Mike Ingram pops into the picture at the end.
The Decemberists bring Shara Worden (of My Brightest Diamond) on stage to sing during their 4-15-07 concert at Foellinger Auditorium at the University of Illinois. The song is "Yankee Bayonet," and Shara Worden sings the part of the widow. Sorry for the awful sound quality.
