This is a video we took in a park in Alsace in France where Barbary Macaque Apes roam free and you can feed them popcorn. The commentary is in Greek, but the images are enough to show that this is a must for any trip to Alsace!

This is a video message we took for our koybaros Grant Munro when we were in Crete during the summer of 2007. He was in Vietnam at the time and we wanted him to return to Europe for fun, games, tea and sympathy.
The old Byzantine town which was built on a ridge between two gorges, facing inland, and thus invisible from the sea. However, it was discovered by Turkish pirate Barbarossa in 1537 and sacked, it's population slaughtered or sold into slavery. The town never recovered and was permanently abandoned. The walk here from Potamos through the hills and gorges is really worth it.
On arriving at Kapsali on the last day of June, my plan was to camp at the campsite. But unfortunately, it was closed and I had to look around for a free camping spot. As luck would have it, this steep sided and discrete cove was ideal for a few nights in splendid isolation.

This church is complete cut off from access by thick thorns, but is supposably built on the site of a temple to Aphrodite. As you can see, there is some evidence of 'spolia' in its construction
First full day of my 2008 summer holiday saw me exploring the immediate environs of Kapsali on foot at a relaxing pace. Here you see me up at the picturesque Hora enjoying the views of Kapsali from the castle.
During a tour of Kythira by car, I stopped late one evening at a little cove at the end of a long dirt road in order to camp. Not knowing what to expect, I was particularly pleased... as you can see.
This is a video that I made whilst visiting my Greek girlfriend in Germany. I was bored waiting for her to come home from work and passed the time creating this attempt to make her laugh.
This video shows our free camping beach on Alonissos, which for reasons of discretion we cannot identify. Needless to say that it was a picturesque and secluded little cove made all the more beautiful in this clip by the dusky twilight. Contrary to what I say in the clip, this video was taken at 9 pm at night.
