this ones alot more chilled out! i played over an old backing track from guitar techniques magazine similar to the classic BB King track 'The Thrill is Gone. gearwise i used a les paul through a marshall! futhermore i used a Cry Baby Wah in places! thanks for watching!
thought id get up close and personal. the camera totaly messed up the balance of my les paul! it became mega top heavy, it was like playing an SG!
i got the idea from watching 5 minutes alone!! good old dimebag, the undisputed heavy metal king
same set up, Gibson LP standard loaded with bareknuckle nailbombs into a boss 12 track
ROCK ON!!
first of all if you dont play guitar this is going to be realy boring to watch lol! however if you play guitar i hope that you will find it usefull! ive put a warm up technique and a legato exercise up on this one! if you have found it useful please drop me a comment to let me know as i might make another one if this goes down well.
thanks guys
this has long been one of my favourite tracks! i considered singing but my voice doesnt do the track justice! especialy considering how well Jeff Buckley did it! i used my les paul and marshall set up again, this time with alot of reverb and using the neck pickup. ne way hope u enjoy it
great thing about the guitar is having the ability two play to things at a time! This is an arrangement of the classic pink panter theme for a solo guitar. also at the end i played an arrangement of smoke gets in your eyes.
