This protest took place just a few weeks back in the city of Berkeley. Americans showed up to protest the Berkeley City council's resolution that disrespected the Marine Corps, Code Pink and World Can't Wait showed up to support it. The College Republicans at SFSU were there to cover the action. At one point the protestors turn on the CRs and attack them!
We joined with the College Democrats to mark the anniversary of the attacks of 9/11. The leftists came out in force to disrespect and downplay the significance of the American deaths on that day.
August 15th, 2007 - Hundreds of angry demonstrators call for Michael Savage to be fired for saying that students on a hunger strike agianst US immigration policy should be left to starve. Using his post as a San Francsico Supervisor, Gerardo Sandoval worked up the latino community into a ferver over the incident. In direct violation of federal and state law, a group of 500 protesters defied orders from law enforcement and stormed the student center at SFSU. They blocked doors and damaged property in an effort to force military recruiters out of San Francisco State. No charges were filed and no students were punished.
Students at SFSU take part in a May Day Walkout to protest fee hikes and budget cuts. Some of the students are out protesting as an assignment given by a professor on campus. Police get involved when the protestors decide to block 19th Avenue (California Highway 1).
