Could be some kind of martial arts/ninja training i suppose, to be honest I don't really know whats going on here. I certainly fail to see the point of jumping from such a height. If your legs, pelvis or back get broken in just the wrong way your never going to be able to walk again, never mind fight!

I thought these simple asanas would be of help to some traceurs out there looking to add something a little different in their workout. I love doing these postures, they beat normal push-ups in my opinion as they develop strength and flexibility.

I've just begun wallbag training as part of my Wing Chun training. Positive replys only please! Like I say i'm only new to the wallbag so any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
This kind of training strengthens the hands and skin for punching.
My bag is filled with rice at the moment, although I have previously used sand and fine gravel.
Just chain punching (again) and some short range punches this time. Im starting to see improvements in my speed without losing too much energy in the punches. Woop!
