especially he had offered great songs on 80' Japanese idol pops, for instance, Slow Motion and Second Love by Akina Nakamori, The door to the paradice by Yoko Minamino, A sailor-suit and machine gun by Hiroko Yakushimaru and so on.
I think that he kept top level on genre making sentimental melodies with minor chords.
