On September 11, 2002, the faculty, staff and students of Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, California gathered to remember the attacks of the previous year. They formed a ring, a quarter of a mile wide, and I captured the moment as a 360 degree photograph. Printed, it measured 5 inches by over 8 feet. This is an animation of that ring.
