A great weird and surreal Waffles and Don cartoon. How could anyone not love this?
I love this whole cartoon, but the scene at 3:40-4:05 is one of my all time favorites. I don't know who drew it, maybe Jim Tyer, he was at Van Beuren in 1930 as far as I know.
The first six and a half minutes...This along with 'Phantom Creeps' is my favorite Lugosi movie.
Lugosi Enterprises released a great DVD of this movie not to long ago, go buy it.
SNZ on 'Hard Rock Live'. A great performance, especially the end with Tom Maxwell screaming and rolling around. Not sure of the year, probably 1997 or 98.
This cartoon was originally made in two color Technicolor, but no color print is known to exist.
Official Films offered 16mm B+W prints of it in the 40's and changed the name to 'Goofy Goat Antics'.
