Drive the gas-guzzling car to the specified location. Spare gas using the clutch, putting neutral (use the digital pad for more accurate gear shifting), going downhill and plan the best route for the next gas station. Easy without a time limit though.
Follow the invisible man. Use a bigger CRT monitor helps. Otherwise, prepare plenty of eye drops to help stopping eye blinking. Yet still being the most effective way, keep retrying and remember where he goes 'coz his route is fixed.
A nice directional audio system or a few retries are required to figure out the whereabouts of the flying saucer. Once done, it can easily be completed even with a Bolt Ace.
Rescue the damsel in time. The time cheat stops the clock but not the Sea Monster. So get the fastest car

and a sniper rifle (whereas I didn't find the Magnum helpful)

to complete with ease.
Mission: Drive The Bombed Truck To The Specified Loaction. Get Speed To 34mph Or Faster in 30 seconds. After That The Speed Must Not Drop Below 34mph Or Bomb&Truck Explode.
All those health/money/ammo/ti me/gas trainers and cheats I could find ain't helping this out so... played it the hard way.
Alley gun game. Another easy one though clumsily played. The Black Dragon is extremely important for all other subquests with the need for speed before having the HotRod. The tommy guns are good to have, too.
Some more fun with my most favourite car in the game. See there's a glitch where the Hot Rod is... making out with somecar else... which I'd deliberately put there, where the Hod Rod pops up after subquest done.
Believe it or not, the key to conquer this subquest is ridiculously the SLOW PC/frame rate. Yes! The slower the PC/frame rate you get, the easier the subquest it will be. When the frame rate goes above 30fps, there is no way for me to go more than 100 yards before being toasted by the trailing bombs. This video was recorded at a quite optimized 24fps or otherwise, happy choppy 3D gaming! ^o^
