How to make:
1. Grate cheddar
2. Sprinkle grated cheddar onto half of tortilla
3. Fold unsprinkled half of tortilla over grated cheese
4. Pound with fist until you can pick it up without cheese falling out
5. Microwave on paper towel for 30 seconds
