I took the SNES version of Street Fighter II and reprogrammed the characters to do new moves. Ryu can now execute a very fast fireball, super slow fireball, invisible fireball, low to ground wide arching Dragon Punch, aerial fireball, aerial Dragon Punch, aerial Hurricane Kick, and a super fast Hurricane Kick.
Row 16-18 - Characters from the Dragon Ball Z series.
Row 19-21 - Characters from both the King of Fighters and Fatal Fury series.
Row 22 - Characters from all Mega Man series.
Row 23 - Super Mario Bros./ Sonic the Hedgehog characters.
Row 9-11 - Characters from Marvel comics, DC comics, and other American comics.
Row 12-13 - Characters from Mortal Kombat series.
Row 14 - Transformers/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles/Double Dragon characters.
Row 15 - Sailor Scouts/Fist of the North Star characters.
This is a hacked Japanese SNES rom version of Street Fighter II. Guile has telekinetic powers. He can execute a sonic boom in the air, attack while standing on air, and throw enemies while being nowhere near them.
A perfect run of Street Fighter II as Ryu with the difficulty setting at level 7 (highest level) on the Super Nintendo version.
